Lightweight Innovations for Tomorrow LIFT

On March 23, 2017, Eileen Pickett, LIFT consultant for Kentucky and Tennessee, gave a detailed presentation on the LIFT Program for local Kentucky entities to be knowledgeable and prepared to provide their collaborative support to this effort that will span across the Kentucky/Tennessee border. The program is coming to Ft. Campbell to assist their exiting military in building innovative skills in lightweight manufacturing technologies. The program will target transitioning military at Ft. Campbell in an attempt to build a stronger manufacturing workforce which will support Governor Bevin’s efforts to building Kentucky into a Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
