One-Stop Operator RFP

The West Kentucky Workforce Board is now accepting proposals for a One-Stop Operator to support workforce development services across our 17-county region.
In partnership with the Local Elected Officials Workforce Consortium, WKWB oversees the planning and delivery of services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The selected operator will play a key role in coordinating service delivery among partner agencies and ensuring our Career Centers remain strong, accessible hubs for job seekers and employers.
Eligible applicants include public entities, private for-profit organizations, and nonprofit organizations capable of operating within the West Kentucky Workforce Development Area, which includes Ballard, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, Muhlenberg, Todd, and Trigg counties.
This is an opportunity to help align education, workforce, and economic development efforts with the needs of high-demand industries across the region.
