WKWB to Release Three Requests for Proposals

RFP Release Announcement

The West Kentucky Workforce Board will release three Requests for Proposals during the week of March 9, 2026, in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
Detailed proposal guidelines and requirements will be available for the following:

  • Career Center One Stop Operator
  • Youth programming and employment services
  • Direct services for youth, adults, and dislocated workers, including eligibility determination, referral, case management, and job placement
